Calder Highway Safety Barrier Upgrade
As part of Vic Roads 'Safer Road' program (formerly SSRIP), TPD were engaged to provide flexible road safety barrier design along the Calder Highway between Ravenswood and Sunbury.
Souvereign Gardens Estate
TPD were engaged by Sherwood Properties Pty Ltd to provide Project Management services to assist with the construction of Stages 2 and 3 Sovereign Gardens Estate, Kangaroo Flat.
Susan Street Unit Development
TPD was engaged by Bilyan Pty Ltd to provide Planning, Design and Project Management services for the development of a 7 lot unit development. Services included; preparing and submitting an application for a planning permit to the City of Greater Bendigo, design of council drainage, Coliban Water sewer and a concrete common property driveway to service the development, tendering, supervising and auditing of civil construction works.
Forrest Street Drainage Design
TPD was engaged by the City of Greater Bendigo to undertake a drainage analysis of the existing drainage network in the Forest and Rowan Street precinct to determine where upgrades were required to alleviate flooding issues in the area.
North Harcourt Road Estate
TPD were engaged by Noonan Superfund Pty Ltd Ltd to provide Planning, Civil Design and Project Management services for the 13 lot Noonan Drive development in Sedgwick. This large undulating site is subject to Erosion Management and Environmental Significance Overlays.
Emmett Street Unit Development
TPD was engaged by a private developer to provide Civil Design and Project Management services for a 9 lot unit development at 22 Emmett Street, Golden Square. Design Services included the detailed design of a common property driveway, stormwater design including an on-site stormwater detention system and sewer design. Project management services included scheduling & supervision of civil works and liaison with Council and service authorities for release/consent documentation.
Napier Street Drainage Design
TPD was engaged by the City of Greater Bendigo to design a suitable solution to flooding occurring to properties along Napier Street as a result of the existing stormwater network having insufficient capacity to cater for large storms.
Rubicon Rise Estate
TPD were engaged by Arbor Estates Pty Ltd to provide Planning, Civil Design and Project Management services for development of a 73 lot subdivision in Jackass Flat. The site formed part of the Jackass Flat Structure Plan area which was one of four key new development areas identified in the City of Greater Bendigo Residential Development Strategy (2004).
Bridge Street MDC
TPD was engaged by Robren Australia to design the carpark, driveway, and underground services for a two-storey commercial development in Central Bendigo. This involved providing detailed design information for the carpark and driveway to the Architects, design of internal and external drainage, signage and linemarking plans, and redesign of sewer mains including obtaining a Coliban Water build-over Agreement.
Tannery Park Estate
TPD were engaged by Gordon & Irwin Pty Ltd to provide Planning, Civil Design and Project Management services for the development of 477-485 Tannery Lane, Strathfieldsaye into 28 residential lots. Design elements for this developments included roads, stormwater drainage, stormwater detention, WSUD, water, sewer and balancing of earthworks in a floodplain.
Sylvan Retreat Estate
TPD were engaged by Sherwood Properties Pty Ltd to provide Planning, Civil Design and Project Management services for the 25 lot Sylvan Retreat development in White Hills. The site was separated from existing residential development by the Melbourne and Murray River Railway and was subject to a Vegetation Protection Overlay.
Atlas Meadows Estate
TPD were engaged by PCDP Developments Pty Ltd to provide Planning, Civil Design and Project Management services for the 19 lot Atlas Meadows development in Junortoun. This large undulating site is subject to Bushfire Management, Vegetation Protection and Development Plan Overlays. During the planning process the subdivision layout was optimised to provide the ultimate design to satisfy the requirements of the numerous Referral Authorities. Building Envelopes were positioned to comply with CFA requirements for bushfire and also treatment of on-site wastewater in accordance with the Land Capability Assessment and Wastewater Management Plan prepared for the site.
Carrington Gardens Estate
TPD were engaged by Sherwood Properties Pty Ltd to provide Planning, Civil Design and Project Management services for the 21 lot Carrington Gardens development in White Hills. The site was partially subject to flood inundation from the Bendigo Creek which was protected by an Environmental Significance Overlay.
High Street Drainage Design
TPD were engaged by Greater Bendigo City Council to design 400m of Trunk Drainage to service a developed residential catchment. The existing downstream drainage infrastructure in this mostly developed catchment was inadequate to accept major flows from the existing trunk drainage. Utilising a site being developed buy a private developer, we were able to assist in providing a missing link to the existing trunk drainage network, delivering a positive outcome for both Council and the Developer.
